WE NOW HAVE ALL APPROVALS !
Work on the project’s first phase is underway, utilities are in and the new roads are finished - we are building models. We are working to meet the following deadlines:
- Utilities mostly completed
- All roads asphalted - completed 7th November '08
- Junction with '89 completed
- Lots numbered and graded
- Model home construction started - models avail. early '09
- Sales office is open - access at the end of North Navajo
- Public Report now received
